Q5: What is our payment term?
A: For a large quantity order, our usual payment is by T/T, 30% for down payment and the 70% for balance. (also you can choose L/C at buyer's convenience). For a small quantity order, there is Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal, etc., for your choosing.
Q6: What is our delivery date?
A: For small and middle quantity orders, we will finish production and make the delivery within 15-30 days after we receive your payment. For large quantity orders, we will finish production and make the delivery within 30-60 days or more after we receive your payment or deposit. It will depend on your specific products and quantity.
Q7: How about the quality?
A: All our products meet CE&ISO standard. Strict QC throughout the whole production and packing process. We have set up a very strict Q.C. system and quick quality feedback system;
so if you have any quality problems on our products, please tell us in advance and return it back to us intact within one week.
Q8: What is our after-sale service?
A: The warranty period of our products is 12 months after sale. If there are any problems with our products, please send the photos and specific description of the problems. Then we will send you free-charge spare parts and offer you the relevant repairing instructions, and then you can repair the products with received spare parts by yourself according to our instructions. If the problem really can't be solved by yourself as above said procedure finally, you can return it back to us for repairing or replacement for qualified products.
